I really wanted to like Captain Smiley, but I could not get past the boring gameplay. The Maw, Splosion Man and Ms Splosion Man, and the Gunstringer were all awesome though.

I was gonna comment on how the platforming and exploration are way more important than speed in sonic... But I see thats been addressed. Carry on.

i really liked what i saw from bioshock infinite, even though i'm not really an fps guy. i haven't played either of the first 2 games though, so i think i'll hold off on that.. but i'll probably get tomb raider.. i love platformers, and the reviews have sounded good so far.. wish crystal dynamics would have given some

just like you consider bioshock and luigis mansion to be "interesting" (i personally have no interest in luigis mansion whatsoever... nothing looks 'interesting' about it in the slightest to me)... there are going to be a lot of people that aren't interested in either one of those games but may want 4 or 5 of the

i used to love mcnuggets as a kid.. then in high school i was eating some and i was like.. you know what? whenever mom makes chicken at home.. the meat is stringy.. not clumpy..

yes because turning the series into a 2d god of war clone is exactly what is needed to make it refreshing?

like others have said, i have about 60 ps3 games... i'm not buying them again... and im one of the people that buys all of the consoles.. im okay with wii u, next gen xbox, and ps4 under the tv... but all that and ps3? too much clutter.. especially when it gets to the point where i'll be playing mostly new stuff...

every 1st party dev does this.. if microsoft had more than halo, fable, and forza.. they probably would more.. but sony has done it with jak and daxter, ratchet and clank, sly cooper, killzone, and ico/shadow of the colossus if not more.. also, the psp/vita we're/are notorious for receiving ports or remakes of console

yeah.. the ps2 wasn't vastly superior in the slightest.. the xbox and gamecube were superior to the ps2.. but they didn't win.. and the 360 and ps3 are at least twice as powerful as the wii.. and we saw how that turned out..

some things just arent going to tickle everyones fancy.. while ppl went off about ff VII, metal gear solid, or tekken.. i was playing nintendo 64 and saturn, and while people were going off about gta 3.. i was still playing my dreamcast.. if it weren't for indie games, xbla/psn/steam downloadable titles, portable

thats funny because i can go back and play some early ps1 or ps2 titles and wonder how those consoles ended up being successful..

this.. if by a long time they mean 2011 or maybe last year.. then okay..

shining ark.

represent that class of 2001 (i assume). lol.. yeah, i got a game gear for christmas over 20 years ago, and then regretted my choice since all the kids at school had super nintendos and/or genesis(es).. so i traded it in in spring 93 and got a genesis with streets of rage 2.. cant believe that was 2 decades ago!

lol @ the toshinden comment.. i remember seeing that game at blockbuster for a second and the commercials for it that had me blown away. then i actually played it.. what a terrible series! back in 95 i would sit there and stare at the toys r us christmas ad, wishing i had the playstation. i didn't get one that year,

so youre about 30? you old fool you..

the triggers were defnitely rigid, but for me it was the part in the back where the vmu/jump pack would be inserted.. that huge lump created this awkward space between the area that stuck out for the triggers and the housing for the vmu/jump pack.. and it felt sooooooo uncomfortable for my fingers resting there. also,

i've never much cared for the xbox controller either.. but i think (minus the d-pad), theyre better than what their rivals have put out. sega's controllers though? although the dreamcast controller was a misstep, the saturn controller is my favorite controller of all time. i wonder what kind of device they would have

so were you 14 in 1997 when final fantasy came out or did you get it later?
