I’d like a long read article in the speed running scene for this game. it’s a pretty interesting crew.

I wouldn’t mind a reboot that was closer to the games and not just Alice the Director’s Wife the Movies.

To be fair, it is called ARMS, though..

Nothing special yet, but I do like that they have regular looking cowls along with the armored ones.

Thank you!! That’s me :)

I’m pretty sure me liking frosting-less Pop Tarts led to the failure of my last 2 relationships

If they didn’t go out of their way to brag about defying stereotypes, I might believe him.

I had totally forgot that they are a joint company.

It wasn’t just a matchmaking service, man.

It’ll be battle.net until the day we die. We grew up on that shit.

Blizzard’s announcement called it battle.net, sooooo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What do you want to bet this is the first step in Activision trying to transition Battle.net to be a Steam competitor like EA and Origin?

If anything, I wished they let the new blood have the reigns years before Splatoon.

As a CG artist myself, I see it differently.

This is certainly an improvement, likely due to the number of bones or quality of the morph targets at play. Whatever animation/capture method they’re using, it still looks wrong though.

I won’t say that it looks “good” actually. I’ll only say that it looks “better.”

It’s funny you say that. MY personal litmus test for whether someone knows what they’re talking about when it comes to software development is whether or not that person has personal litmus tests for evaluating other peoples’ comments. Weird!

I teach English. An HD is proper. A High Definition is proper if you’re using the full form of the acronym. Since you pronounce HD ‘aitch dee’ the an is correct. The only argument that could be made is that in text the use of the acronym can be intended as its long form. But, and this is a huge but, that’d be absurd

You can skip Xenosaga, unless you like 20 minute cutscenes, bad dialogue, and dungeons with no music. My husband attempted to replay it and it was the most awkward thing ever. I actually took to playing music on my computer from other RPGs to fill out the weirdly silent dungeons.

Incorrect. The name for the letter “H” starts with a vowel sound. “Aytch,” as someone said above. So “an H” is perfectly acceptable. “a H” may well be acceptable where you live, but it sounds awkward to me.
