I think that’s downplaying how genuinely impressive these specs seem to be especially when you compare them to current PC components and their prices (basically the part of the quote you left out lol)

Think Mike forgot a platform, the original announcement includes a Switch port!

It’s also funny to be like “oh the flu is fine but coronavirus is not.” This is an insane stat but about 36 THOUSAND people in the US alone die due to the flu every year. The CDC estimates that since October 2019, 8o00 people in the US have died from the flu. That’s more people than there are confirmed cases of

Hopefully sales calm down to the point where they make em fresh and don’t just have a ton of bagged ones that are made ahead! I managed to get one made fresh before the initial craze started and it was great

I don’t think we need to eat breakfast; that’s an advertising ploy.”

There’s a place near DC (which I thiiiiink Drew lives near?) in a food hall that serves hot chicken sandwiches using thighs and he’s 100% right that it’s so so good.

Something somewhat along those lines was one of Jason’s unchosen predictions he discusses in the episode

It’s definitely random (they gave them to us when we checked into the hotel) but gotta say they weren’t bad! Very weird that those ones were chosen to be sent though lol, why not Mrs. Fields or something

Even disregarding font size I’d be wary of the Switch port of Pillars, it’s VERY buggy. The porting company have been putting out patches like monthly but it’s still not really in a state that’s good enough to recommend.

You know, I’m not really against the idea haha. Got a drink with almond milk for the first time this past weekend since it does seem like I’m developing lactose intolerance but didn’t even realize there was an upcharge for it, just thought my drink being expensive was par for the course for Starbucks.

Though the necessity of even digging up and discussing the tweets in the profile is questionable, I’d hardly characterize it as “raking him over the coals.” That’s melodramatic

Witcher 3 maaaaaybe builds off a little on Witcher 2 but you can absolutely ignore Witcher 1 (and I say that as someone who loves both Witcher 1 and 2)

Surprised it wasn’t mentioned in the article but get a Genki! It has the same design I think as the dongle first this headset and it was the first quality product with that design (there are others of some varying quality)

Thanks for the info!

Ooooh not quite what I wanted to hear haha. Luckily I have my rental coming in a few days so I can try it and see before deciding to buy it or not.

How’s it compare, in portable mode, to Xenoblade Chronicles 2? I’m generally someone who doesn’t care too much about graphics, really preferring the flexibility of playing in portable mode, but XBC2 was just too blurry for me in portable mode and I opted to play that in docked mode.

I think if the headline is an all encompassing “The beginner’s guide to Asian hot sauces” and then each is reviewed, then at least a passing mention should be given to how they’re normally used.

I mean it seems like you’re acting like the expert on Asian hot sauce despite living in France? The guy didn’t claim to be the expert on Thai food, he just makes a sauce.

Thai recipe made by an american that came from vietnam with chinese origins...

For an article about Asian hot sauces, there’s a surprising lack of, well, Asian food! Sambal Oelek goes great in fish sauce, especially the sweeter fish sauce that you eat with Vietnamese food like vermicelli, or by itself in Vietnamese vermicelli soups. Sweet chili sauce works great with the different variations on
