That’s basically it. They basically did this with Pokemon Sun Moon where the initial announcement was very bare bones, but that game came out. They delayed BotW a couple times but it actually came out and was an amazing game.

By the time this comes out (like 2019) I think the 3DS will be phased out. It’ll be 8 years old at that point, and it’s getting USUM which is a ton of Pokemon games.

Agreed. Literally no one expected it to come out in 2017, and I honestly think most people are OK with it coming out in 2018. Are they just like...always caught by surprise that they do have to delay it?

Honestly it’s actually not as bad to carry it around as I thought, the only real annoying thing is having the loose Joycons in my bag and having the buttons constantly being pressed as I’m like walking and stuff. I don’t really want to put everything in a case but a mini-pouch just for the Joycons would be useful.
