A Defender’s base price is also ~ the top end of the Bronco and Wrangler pricing not counting special edition stuff like the 392 and Bronco 1st edition or extra accessories.
Hill start assist was incredible for things like being stuck in traffic or parallel parking on steep hills. I imagine it will prove equally as useful when dealing with offroad things in the Bronco.
I think that ship has sailed considering 2042 is coming out this year. But I regularly played BF4 on console up until I got the series X. I think series X plus 4k tv finally outpaced the graphics and now it looks super pixelated and is really hard to play anything beyond the inside of Operation Locker.
Can’t have people complain that their bumpers fall off in a light rain when they didn’t have bumpers in the first place #genius #disruption
Saying “actually we are trying to reduce as many parts and touchpoints as possible because we can’t afford to install turn signal stalks and the buttons and levers we do have feel like dollar store plastic in our $100,000 car” doesn’t drive the hypetrain
Call your buddy with the F150 hybrid and use his generator...USA! USA! USA!
The big miss here is the batteries. I’m willing to cut them some slack for the 0-60 and quarter mile times because as much as Elon’s nonsense annoys me, it’s splitting some pretty small hairs when in reality the car accelerates fast as hell.

Bad Company 2, BF3 and BF4 we’re fantastic on console but somehow BF1 and then especially BFV seemed to really miss something with the controls.
Elon sucks but Tesla did actually succeed in disrupting the auto industry by making EVs cool...but now that the legacy automakers are also going full force into EVs (and making them cool) there isn’t the same level of disruption out there for another startup to make. Tesla’s ongoing vaporware nonsense doesn’t help…
Fixing the outgoing model’s weird torque curve/powerband probably goes much further than the actual increase in power.
Building escape doors or fire suppression systems A) costs money and B) indicates you agree that safety systems are necessary because something could go wrong
The correct answer here is Fiesta ST
I can confirm that sitting in a comfy Lexus while off road is also pretty awesome.
Overall it’s probably less convenient than a regular hatch since the swingout needs more space behind the vehicle in a parking lot and will swing to the wrong side of the curb for most left hand drive parallel parking situations.
I understand that plenty of modern crossovers are generally good at being cars and also not particularly interesting but for a First Drive piece I am left with basically no impression of what driving an FPace is like.
Rear cross traffic alert has proven incredibly useful in busy parking lots.
I hate the plastic pillars on the front and rear bumpers but I also accept that these are the places that someone is most likely going to put the bumper into a rock/tree/bush/pole while trying to drive around some obstacle so I guess I have to give them function > form credit...but also yuck.
