Just a correction, the 28 launches does not include the Sept. 1 failure as it was not a launch. The total failure was the CRS 7 mission in June of 2015 which had a failure around Max Q.

You should look at the Wargame franchise on steam. Red Dragon is the current game but with the steam sale coming in a few days they likely will be discounted. Not quite C&C base building but the action can be fast paced.
