I got ~34.17 cm. Here’s how. if you look at it as a rectangle 4 by 12 and a string that goes around it 4 full times, you end up with 8 right triangles with a 1.5cm base and 4 height (draw it). Pythagorean theorem to get the hypotenuse and multiply by 8. 8 * (4^2 + 1.5^2)^1/2 = 34.17cm
