I love this game and I have nothing but respect for ConcernedApe as a developer. The fact that he still pours so much work into free updates is really amazing.

100% same (except substitute SSB for Mario Kart). The Switch has been a lifesaver for me both emotionally and physically this year.

It’s worth remembering that Gibbo wrote Neuromancer on the basis that it’s what he thought the internet was going to be like, before he got a computer.

Yeah I had the same reaction. I just finished reading Neuromancer for the first time in anticipation of this game and it sounds right on the money. This game, with it’s massive dev cycle and marketing push and hype, is going to get some odd reviews of people needing something that this game isn’t or never was going to

lol the first thing I thought of at the top of your comment was the murder of Lord British. I really miss Ultima Online sometimes... a different, odd, era.

It’s still 1pm PST... so kids on the West Coast are still in “school”

I’ve lived in the same apartment for about 10 years in a major city. I have had one (1) trick-o-treater my entire time here and it was the neighbor kid on their way out. They all flood up the street to the rich neighborhood... which pleases me because I get to keep all the unclaimed candy I bought AND because it’s

I think the game really shines when playing with a squad of friends. At $40 and with crossplay, this is actually much easier to do than pretty much any other multiplayer game. I don’t even really like flight sims but am a huge Star Wars fan and I’m having a blast with this game. Not perfect, of course, but it does a

I thought they would be emailing the codes so by the time I checked the website around 1p PST... no luck.

Nice cameo by the carpet from the Overlook Hotel in there...

This is so bizarre... I swear I saw it in the anime. Mandela effect...

Right? I always figured it was because it didn’t sell well (but that’s obviously not the case). I enjoyed it and it’s still a fun party game, but it feels like half of a game... and why they decided not to put the actual normal game online is a classic Nintendo WTF move.

There’s a certain amount of time you can legally play a song without having to pay for it’s usage (kinda). I’m guessing this is that amount of time.

Some were, but AAA titles were actually between 50-70$

Video games have been $60 for as long as I can remember buying them (SNES days). It’s actually pretty amazing.

Give your local game store a ring. They might be able to help you set up a group or already have one set up themselves.

He’s got a taco place AND a donut place. Both are very good.

please study history more.

Protests notoriously don’t change anything.

All that money and that first pic looks like he’s dressed for picture day in 6th grade...
