Yeah, it’s gotta be the “slowest” time of the day for their servers anyway (11a-1pm pst lol). That being said there are 40 million people who are currently unemployed, more furloughed or working reduced hours from home so what does “work day” even mean anymore?

Listened to the whole thing. One of my favorites was “It’s been a rough Tuesday for you guys, with everyone telling you how bad you are at your jobs. Have you tried being good at your jobs?”

Party on, contest winner!

The tomato game was fun, but overall it was a bucket of barf.

Yet unlike The Simpsons, which received many games across multiple platforms, the world was only granted one King Of The Hill video game and it sucked.

If they’re using Nintendo’s IP like characters or settings it is not derivative though. If the creators don’t want a “huge burden” on their hands, they should create their own IP.

At the end of the day a take down notice is a lot better than an outright lawsuit.

Right? if you’re putting in the time and effort to craft your game... why not make it your own?

If a journalist has heard about it, the company’s lawyers/”stuff-finders” heard about it two weeks earlier.
