True, given the choice between an Mustang, Camaro, ect... and any 240sx,240z, 510 or Skyline I would almost always choose the Import. I like the look better and feel like it is often the better car. If Nissan had any brains/guts they would have made the IDx and it would have sold well enough to justify its existence.

I disagree that we do not have the “gas, grease and,oil in their veins” compared to another generation. We do absolutely enjoy tinkering with cars among other things. The major issue is that we are underpaid with little hope of upward mobility. The wages at my current position as a teacher were locked and have not

I wouldn’t go so far as to say internet in the USA is good. It is almost always available, yes. But the quality is completely unpredictable even within a single city.

But then that is only if you are a bear or have bare/bear arms

If you panic, continue to press the wrong pedal harder and cause an accident I think you should have your license taken away until have gone through drivers ed again.

You are not in “enemy territory.” That is a mindset for failure. As many others have said if you are looking as you claim then all is well. You know when lane splitting will happen and therefore can expect it. Be mindful, as you are already, and it will be fine.

Much of the rest of the world has no issue with lane splitting so it is not really a safety issue to allow the practice to continue. Some one who is properly splitting lanes is not going to be a rocket that you cannot see coming or predict. When traffic gets heavy people will split lanes. The unique case of rocketman

The only downside I saw to the 15/50 rule was that fact that traffic has the magic ability to move well about 50 and still be bumper to bumper. At those times trying to leave a safe distance in front of the bike is an opening that someone will fill. Also the car behind you will definitely not be at a safe distance. It

$85k is a bit too much but I do feel this guys pain as the owner of several bugs. People have this crazy idea in their minds that they are all worth $500 no matter the condition or rarity because it is a bug or an old VW and nothing more. Made once upon a time that was true but that was decades ago. Probably back

Sounds like that roommate desired the critique on both performance and being human. Being sexiled is part of life but sounds like you had your own room so that roommate was quite the tool to take over the whole place just to have sex. WE were the kind of roommates that would yell “fuck more quietly” if we could hear

Very true. Sadly, I know a local shop that deals in all sorts of geekdom that firmly believes in pricing the items it sells based on the highest asking price on Ebay.

Thanks for keeping up with it and sharing

It is a good pace... if that is the speed traffic is moving. IF traffic is moving 60, 70 and is still bumper to bumper it is much safe for a motorcycle to split the lanes instead of getting hit from behind, moved over on (because people confuse us with an open lane) or fighting to keep a safe distance in traffic just

The issue with not being seen is has nothing to do with how fast traffic is moving. It is the speed difference between the cars and the motorcycle. If I move past you at 15mph faster it is the same no matter how fast your are moving.

Or Tesla could continue to invest in themselves and continue innovating instead of a short sighted profits profits and only profits right here and right now mindset. In the long run Tesla has a good chance of changing how people move about and making money hand over fist by doing exactly what they are doing right now.

Because traffic, magically and terrifyingly, can be bumper to bumper and still moving well about 50mph

Yes, and no. There is this part of things...

It only looks that way from the outside. Turning around and investing back into the company what would have been profit to allow it to grow and continue to innovate is what creates this appearance of running a company at a loss. Something too many people do not see or understand. Or depending on the news source

I would like someone, someone who actually knows, to explain how that roadside test produced a false positive for meth with what is effectively sugar.

Rewriting the rules and changing everything for the aero would be awful in the short term... but I love those renders. It shows that with a little extra work the look of an open cockpit can be maintained.
