I’m guessing that the CP people are the same people that I saw when I had mine (79 Super). They would stop and talk for a bit before trying to buy it for $500. There seems to be a large group of people that think the price of ACVW has not risen since it bottomed out. I paid $5k for one around 2000 and to buy another

I am dissapointed but not surprised that the compact Renegade-based Comanche pickup is not going to happen. I really like the look of it. The utter lack of a true small pickup is sad. Even sadder when something like that could have been. Jeep has a nasty habit of creating some of the best vehicles and then not having

Yes, yes it is...

I tried to buy a set of Porsche wheels and tires for my Beetle project from a well known shop in San Diego through TheSamba.com a couple years ago. I paid though PayPal and waited occasionally contacting the seller through email to keep on top of things since I never got a tracking number. After a while he stopped

It is just too big and gutless for its size. A Samurai is much cooler, fits better on the trail and has several engine upgrades and swaps that make it a great vehicle on and off the trail

Can’t tell if you are joking or not or just drive the same roads that I do because that it a common thing here. Yeah, I am doing 10,15+ over but that just keeping up with traffic and a lot of traffic is screaming fast

Agreed, I have had several Integras with B engines and a turbo-ed one as well. My current Integra is just getting to the point of needing a lot of maintenance and I am not sure I want to go do that road. Of course I might break down and do it anyway. It still handles and rides amazing but it needs CVs, a/c, shocks

My love the K series is what had me looking at the ILX in the first place

I have looked at the Mini but I forgot about the GTI. Hmm... single guy so space is no issue

It may also become subject to a bunch of bs state laws meant to limit rewards and frivolous lawsuits (even though this is not one). Because of this she may end up with less than a few hundred thousand or even less. Jury’s can “award” one thing only to have it taken away by the judge and state laws.

The loss of the manual puts me in a similar position. I have been looking around for a replacement for my daily and would have considered something like this. But I want a manual. I will look at older TSXs and TLs instead.

Yes, but wasn’t he the one talking badly about Schmitz and Harris? That alone is reason enough for me to say get rid of Evans.

It means a higher power said take a bath damn it... I kid, but take a bath

Not sure if a US, UK or anywhere else point of view matters from the reports that keep coming out. They need to ditch Chris for the show to have any chance left. He has been a major issue and speaking out against all the other hosts and the show has not even started. He has to go.

Sure, keep a spare set of points if it breaks but moving away from points leads to a better running engine under all conditions. I have no idea if Petronix has issues or not but it is the name I know to associate with drop in kits. I would still push someone in that direction first unless I know they are up for

So Nascar is saving face with the fans by kissing up to this clown?

I like it. I have doubts that is will ever see the light of day. I wouldn’t mind driving one but I like convertibles.

Most Wranglers do as much “offroading” as these would

Please Raphael, ditch the points. There are lots of better replacements made for bettles these days and it is one less thing to mess with. Pertronix has options and if you are up for building something look at Mario’s stuff at http://www.thedubshop.net/ he is a great guy with some great products.

Wow, the video is now on the front page of Youtube! Awesome!
