I dunno, games like Planet Side 2, Team Fortress 2, and Tribes seemed pretty good to me despite being F2P and full of micro-transactions. It is possible to make a good game that involves some low-cost DLC. Heck, do you remember back in the day of the PC Expansion Pack? Sure they had more content, but they also costed

"Guys this new Sim-City game looks too good; we need to find a way to keep EA looking evil... 20 bucks is tyrannical, right?"

My response: http://www.cracked.com/blog/4-reasons-internet-has-made-everyone-entitled-dick/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=fanpage&utm_campaign=new+article&wa_ibsrc=fanpage

Personally I'm more of a Polygon guy.

"Gentlemen of Kotaku; we need something to reinvigorate our writing, bring us closer to the top! Any ideas?"

...Except the game has gotten decent reviews, giving the PS3/360 versions an average score of 82 on Meta-Critic. So far, after doing my own spelunking for online reviews, Kotaku is the only one to say "No" (for reasons that they would probably say "No" to XG-3 as well, even though I loved that game).

Quality =/= Sales. There are a LOT of games out there that stand with quality far above that of any blockbuster best-seller. The fact that you don't know this proves some naivety. Not every company is a big-money-making-unkillable-mega-corporation, and piracy has even affected those (Yeah, don't even pretend to me

In all honesty; I'm not offended by its existence. I'd probably be offended if someone BOUGHT it for me, though.

It's interesting the arguments people use to justify pirating. "Well first I try out the game, THEN I BUY IT!" but with the internet these days, you can find out as much about a game as you want without trying it; it should be VERY EASY to know if you'll like a game or not before playing it.

It's things like online passes, and other anti-piracy measures that are so easy to hate. Until you realize why they're there and that your complaints are nothing other than "WHAT?! I ACTUALLY HAVE TO SUPPORT THE COMPANY SO THEY CAN MAKE MONEY AND FEED THEIR FAMILIES?!"

They didn't even talk about what was going on ON-SCREEN. Like "Dude why can't I do ___" or I dunno. Heck, they're random banter was just boring and stupid. Granted, they even said that about the Banjo Kazooie one.

Well he did this Romhack for a guy cause the guy was like "I've got blood-cancer and not much time left to live, could someone LP my romhack?" and Jon was like "Well why not? I've had some family members suffer that and I know it sucks" and then near the end it turned out to be a total lie, and while Jon was

I do watch Jontron's main videos and they make for a good laugh! As for Let's Plays? So for I watch Proton Jon's stuff (it has its moments. The Superman 64 stuff had me focused on it, but it's not strictly funny. Actually has some interesting info to present, though), The Runaway Guys (strictly for laughs. Nothing

Apparently XD

Yeah, I've kinda noticed Jontron has some crimson-colored glasses towards the Banjo series. Don't get me wrong, love those games; but holy crap those glasses aren't just rose-colored.

The Versus ones had me laugh a couple times, but other than that the humor just wasn't to my taste, or just wasn't funny.

Yeah, I think partway through one episode I through down my ear-buds exclaiming "WHY AM I WATCHING THIS?!?!" And went off to go watch something else, I dunno what but I know it wasn't boring. But yeah, obviously enough I've been hearing good things about the Sonic and Goof-Troop ones XD

I'll try Goof Troop since I'm sure there are plenty of jokes to be made Disney-way

Point taken, I will give that one a shot!

I watched that much to give 'em a fair chance before I made my conclusion, so that I won't be one of "those people". And by talk about the game, I don't mean like fun facts or trivia, I mean like at least let your conversation be focused on what's going on on-screen.
