@ryan.corrigal: What, misrepresented it's efficency and the manner in which it actually functions... yeah that was a shame.

@joelja: As soon as I read this article I was planning on typing the exact same thing... from my Eee PC 900.

@Nintendo Tim: Yeah I was just about to go to the VA DMV website to even see if "OUTATIME" was avaliable and then remembered we only get 7 digits... damn it.

@missionary position: I definitely have to agree with you about the amount of compromises that come with using a camera phone for taking photos... but on the other hand they always say the best camera is the one you have with you, and in that respect it definitely would not hurt to have a high quality camera phone so

Smart Barbus Roadster Coupe... in a heartbeat.

The only ones that I was old enough to still remember were in order a:

@Brian Alexander: I have to agree 100% I love the form factor of the Pre. how's the old saying go "if it an't broke..." Besides (as much as I hate to go there) for 3 generations of the iPhone their form factor remained almost completely unchanged and nobody complained about that. How is this different? As long as they

@Ryans92L: That's Awesome! Gotta love self depreciating car humor.

Hmm...I wonder If my truck falls into this catagory... Oldsmobile Pickup Truck.

@Markarian: I know what you mean. I love the place for buying disposable stuff like cutting wheels, saw blades, drill bits. and occasionally the cheap disposable tool. Sometimes I need something just to finish a job or sometimes I go cheap because I just know it's something that will get used very seldom and it's not

I just really don't understand the DIY community's facination with dremel tools.

@BiggieShorty: Well according to good ol Wikipedia Mi-8's service celing is "14,765 ft" which means this one crashed around 1000ft above that... which very possibly had something to do with why it crashed in the first place.

These mazes are beautiful and the people who cheat are really only cheating themselves. It's not a race it's a puzzle and if you already know the answer why even bother doing it at all? I mean I could understand if you had been wandering around for hours with no idea how to get out but the people who walk right in

@Zoltan Shapiro: Honestly I'm suprised they didn't wire it into the car. In the article they said that the car had been impounded for 3 months. you think with that amount of time they could have hard wired a tracker and stashed it behind the dashboard or something. But instead they used a battery powered magnetically

@kitsuneconundrum: I could be wrong but that long cylindrical piece looks like it is probably an extended battery of some kind and the actual GPS is just the small device.

I don't know if it counts as a build thread but definately the Radial engine goggomobil

@Bluecold: Well then I guess my bike just could not be any more badly designed if it tried...

@Bakamoichigei: Yeah I know exactly what you mean. I have a TA03 in a box somewhere and I would love to dig it out and set it up with a nice brushless motor and li-po battery. That car was a rocket back in the day I can not imagine how awesome it would be with a bunch of modern electronics in it.
