It's interesting to pay attention to both the volume and the quality of comments with Apple posts.

Seems like it would splinter the trees, but on the bright side it's the manliest game of bocce ball ever...
@KamWrex: I disagree. Jesus often elicits strong emotions, and I've disagreed from time-to-time...but there's a right way and a wrong way to express it.
Great find, Jesus. That's pretty sweet.
@MrCheatachu: Very interesting. I didn't know that Louis CK was on FX. When I said funny, I should have said 'sad irony' instead..oh well
@MrCheatachu: It's funny that people are up in arms about the last word but not the fact that the pic also has a blasphemous comment against God. Actually it's not so funny, it's sad.
Sign me up! I've been waiting for one of these for years. I love you Magic Mouse, but time is running out for you.
Good for Steve.
So we know that among iP4 users this antenna issue really is not all that much of an issue. We also know that other smart phones also experience drop in bars if held in a certain way.
@bender123: That's a good point, and I don't own one, so ultimately you're a better judge than I. I can only speak to my browsing habits for books on my wife's Kindle and my iPad. I read a book far more than I actually browse for books, so that is where I am coming from when I say it's gimmicky.
They should get rid of the LCD, it's always struck me as little more than a gimmick.
@hvrock13: I agree, I'd be pissed if I'm RIM, and their statement is sort of in the same ballpark as Dan Gilbert's response about Lebron. While justified, probably ill-advised (IMHO).
@Dr. Evil Genius: Guns of Summer: If Apple faked the bar-drop on the other phones, you can bet the lawsuits will fly. However, they didn't fake anything, and RIMs CEO can crow all he wants. He's actually the one who's deflecting.
RIM's CEO looks like an idiot with this release. Steve didn't try to draw anybody into any debacle, all he did was prove that other phones also have this issue.
@Java Ferrari: Why don't you quit whining about what Apple does on their own website and take matters in your own hands: Email Steve Jobs with all the particulars of your machine and the video format that you'd like to watch future videos in. Steve might even set up a special page just for you, so you don't have to…
Wow, so a painter (among other things) with a legendary status such as da Vinci, used a well known painting technique, only he did it better than the others. Gee, what a novel idea...
Well, apparently ATTs numbers do NOT back up what this engineer apparently said to Steve, because iP4 really isn't dropping calls any more than 3GS. So either this guy was overstating the problem or Bloomberg is lying...
I've saw Kyra back in the day on Howard Stern...Kevin Bacon is one lucky dude.
@GuyWithDogs: Touche, point taken. You know what I meant though ;)
@AdamKaoru: Beyond the supposed antenna flaw...it's nearly impossible to criticize iP4 in any meaningful way. Screen, speed, camera, etc, etc, it's an outstanding phone. It would be incredibly intellectually dishonest to knock iP4 in those ways, and Giz has not done that - rightly so, I might add.
