1967 Buick Wildcat.
How about the Buick Wildcat?
The Buick GS Stage I is certainly more well known than the other cars. I say the 65 Buick Riviera GS, as they're EXTREMELY undervalued.
How about the oldsmobile 442 with a 455 under the hood? Or is that just too obvious of a choice? Wasnt the olds 455 superior to the buick and pontiac 455?
You are right, it usually seems to be a trade off. Look at the BRZ, great handling but it lacks power. Typical.
I think the last gen celica suffered from styling. Seems like the styling was trying to be ultra modern with too many lines. Think it made around 160 horse? Wasnt exactly a fast car if I remember correctly.
The MR2 was great, but really expensive. The last gen Celica was a pure sports car (2600lbs, double wishbone suspension, 6MT, 8200RPM redline) and it didn't do very well. Toyota does know how to make a great sports car, but people don't really appreciate them.
Flash forward to first Mustang delivery
Remember the 1996 or so celica? That and the supra were probably the only 2 toyota "sports" cars I liked. Does the 87 corolla count?
Does this mean it will have a deliciously smooth twin turbo straight 6 monster under the hood?
Their strength is beige. At least they realize that in bring in people who can build exciting cars.
Toyota: We forgot how to sports car on our own, so we have to whore ourselves out to brands that still know what they are doing.
The announcement of the BMW-Toyota partnership has been as perplexing as it is exciting. Nothing solid has come of…
I know exactly what happened. He hit the gas instead of the brake, therefore he can blame this on a floor mat made by Toyota and GM will then issue a recall for it.
According to CAR AND DRIVER, it's primarily a noise/vibration/harshness issue, though fuel the engine's fuel economy is no longer world class, either.
People are tired of recalls and a very long history of poor quality.
Well there can be a V8 soundtrack coming through the speakers lol
How can rubber fuel lines burst under heavy braking? my brake pedal is not connected to the fuel lines... it's the loud pedal that does that. lastly even if you mean brakes, explain the brake lines that go to the calipers, those are reinforced rubber and work just fine.
Really? What's the connection between the two? (honest question)
