They do this too. All GM gas trucks require some line to change the original fuel filter due to corrosion. But ive also had Fords and Dodges come in the the same issues. Its the salt that is the issue, not the manufacturer.

Cant fuel lines eventually rust and leak which could potentially cause a hazard due to a fuel leak?

German cars use a brake line with some kind of coating on it that prevents rust. Not sure what that type of line is called. Not sure if its a different material, or only a coating on the brake line. Regardless, this style of line should be used on all cars. I'm sure its probably more expensive than the regular

Heres the thing, why would they limit a potential recall to only their trucks? Is the material used on these brake lines different from the material used on all the other GM products?

This car is so close! Needs some more power! Why not use the wrx 2.0 turbo?

ST is a wayyy better value for the money. With equal options the WRX was going to cost me around $33k while my fully loaded ST cost me $24k.

New GTI vs Focus ST vs WRX. What do you buy?

Everyone knows the old Benjamin Franklin quote- "Those who surrender freedom for security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one."

I have the v6 3.4L engine. Still works like a charm, knock on wood.

1 is the first character.

My Alero doesn't seem to be included. It is a 2000 Alero, I will check again on Monday.

Yeah, their naming convention has no sense of order

$40 k is out of my price range too, and the SS starts at $45k!

They should start with their product names. MKS, MKT, MKC, MK?, MK*, MK- HUH?

Time, Patrick, time.

A lot of us would like to see Lincoln follow Cadillac's lead with some good rear-drive luxury and performance sedans. But while Cadillac's lineup is outstanding, their sales really aren't that great compared to German rivals and Lexus.

Geo's metro.
