Lets say GM and Tesla both have a 30k electric car. Can GM beat the standard set by Tesla? Using the model S as an example; will the Bolt be as sexy? Will it be as fast?

Had these issues not been recalled or covered by the warranty, any idea what the repairs would have cost? I have a decent amount of experience with a W220 (s430). The powertrain has been reliable however its had a slew of little tiny things go wrong. Going to a dealer would have nickled and dimed me to death.

Did you keep the car after the warranty expired?

I always thought land rover was supposed to be a tough, off road vehicle designed for the harshest conditions. If it cant handle what you're throwing at it, makes me wonder if I could trust it to be off roaded.

Sounds like they have sacrificed driveability for gas mileage. That 1.4 turbo is a good engine in a small car. Sounds like this vehicle would be better served with the 2.5l ecotec, or MAYBE the 2.0 turbo. They probably wouldnt get the fuel economy figures needed going with something other than the 1.4.

With the RS, what happens to the ST? Does the ST get replaced by the RS?

How is it that a dealer can take possession of someone's car, total it then just walk away and leave the owner stuck with the bill? If the damages happened while the dealer had the car, arent they responsible?

My friend has a sentra with the CVT. Its already been replaced under warranty. I know someone who has an altima. His CVT is acting erratically. Hopefully, we'll get a manual as an option. Perhaps, a "regular" transmission? Whatever it is, lets hope its not another CVT.

The CTS-V wagon is going to be a future collectible. There arent of ton of them out there and they were built in low numbers. Hold onto it, one day you'll see the V series wagon at an auto auction go for big bucks. Just watch. Hang onto that car!

Thats excellent. Also, I like that its not flashy. Personally, I prefer sleepers. Cars that have mature performance. I dont want a gigantic wing spoiler, massive exhaust, and ground effects. Personally, I like performance cars that dont scream, "hey everyone, look at me!!!"

Last year there was one at the chicago auto show. It was all the way in the back, hardly visable and didnt have much foot traffic. GM doesnt understand the gem they have.

Spot on. This engine is merely a prop. Wouldn't be surprised if its hollow and has no internals.
