I forgot all about Geo. Werent they a mix between toyota and GM? I.e. Geo prism was a toyota as well as a chevy?

GM N platform. Off the top of my head. Grand am, Achieva, Skylark, Malibu, Alero and some other cars were all based on this platform.

imagine spilling pop on them, would be a nightmare to clean.

Imagine these seats after 10 years....ewww

Almost anything from oldsmobile. 10 years later, it seems like they are all gone. Except mine

Good point actually. If the transmission design is flawed, then they are just replacing one flawed trans with another.

Doesnt someone have to drive the vehicle off of the delivery truck? Wouldnt they notice something was wrong with the brakes?

Good point!!!! At some point after assembly, the vehicle has got to be driven. Off the line, onto the truck, off the truck at the dealer. Throughout the entire process, nobody notices brake pads are missing. WOW is all I can say

Wouldnt the dealership catch this in their pre delivery inspection? When cars come off the truck, dont dealers inspect them?

Seriously! Go to test drive a car, "whats that grinding noise? Why doesnt the car stop?"

WOW, forgetting brake pads? Thats a heck of a recall. Is this real?

What is the Audi equivalent to the Phaeton? Is there one? Or is the Phaeton just a rebadged audi of some sort? I've got to imagine it shares a platform/drivetrain with an audi product.

He is driving a Ford GT!!! How can one possibly complain?!?!

There is so much more to this story that i'd love to learn about.

My daily driver cost me 6800 dollars 7 years ago

Maybe Ford will offer some kind of a special rally package in their cars and offer a suspension like this. It would be a nice compliment to the raptor.

Lets hope this model doesnt have electrical issues.

Perhaps, we will soon see the Ford GT in such competitions. I realize it'll be much more expensive, but wheres fords competition to the ZO6 and Viper?

Makes sense. Does offering the buyer a carfax report help to relieve the seller of their responsibilities to disclose everything? What if the seller genuinely doesnt know the full history? I.e. its never been in an accident while I owned the car. The previous owner? I dont know.

    Another great article, thank you!
