"If she's working out hours a week, like most celebs do, than 1200 is no where near enough. She's cruising for health issues."

Whatever. I don't think many Jezzies would say JT is hot in a bikini either, but it doesn't mean Mila wouldn't look like a bombshell to most in one. And the validity of the question is up for debate. Why can't people change careers?

"On the one hand, what the hell is wrong with our society that women have to starve to be considered attractive and land magazine covers and cosmetic ad campaigns?"

Ah, very informative. But I was replying to the more general case of getting "tagged" when arguing here than this specific one. Thanks for the info though.

Thank you again, see my reply to brotherjo.

I was serious. I know it's thrown around a lot in informal contexts, but I was pretty perplexed by its use in a study. I guess the crucial part here is "in a negative way" and "in a way that impairs your ability to live your life." Otherwise it would have seemed like fluff added to make the study have more weight.

"substance abuse"

Yeah I know, but it kinda spooked me with a warning when I installed it on the iPad, then it worked with no problem. So I was wondering if they were trying to put a forgotten the cock-blocking code line or something.

It's a form of oppression. If you're associated with a Nazi, a communist or a terrorist you essentially lose your right to anything, so the person you're arguing/disagreeing with wins by default.

There's quite a difference between a handheld designed to receive PS3 ports and a phone, and it goes beyond just power. Do you think Peace Walker wouldn't be able to run on an iPhone (or high-end Android), or is it that Kojima knows they would never recoup the costs?

Lol yes I demand to play a $60 million game on my phone! And I won't pay a penny over $.99.

I wonder if it's to actually prevent it from working on jailbroken devices.

The patent is on the process of making toasts, not on toasts themselves. Since nobody sells such a method it's a useless patent that nobody can cash in on. In other words, the patent troll trolled himself.

As long as patents can be handed out, companies who get infringed upon will have a right to sue. It's the way the game works, and for good reason. If Samsung truly thinks they're innovators they can:

I think they can afford to lose a bit of overhead from moving to another manufacturer at this point. Samsung has much more to lose if Apple leaves them. In fact, I wonder if Apple doesn't have enough to fund their own manufacturing site, which would fall right in line with their vertical approach.

She should have let it happen.

Verizon is not nearly as much of a bully as AT&T. Verizon agreed to allow competition on its network, so for example they can't block you from using MyWi. AT&T can, and does. Plus unlimited data is unlimited data.

1) Jailbreak iPhone 4 with unlimited data plans

So far we only know that Samsung is manufacturing it. It doesn't mean Sony didn't design it, just like Apple did for its chips.

Apple designs the A4 and A5, Samsung just manufactures them. It will be the same thing here.
