I have to give this woman credit. While I think the republican party as a whole stands for some backwards, racist, sexist, greedy principles that defy logic, civility, and science, when it mattered this woman did what was right. So many partisan folks will not step back and assess reality. Good for her. I may disagree

“Look at this mask. Look at this mask. Oh wow. Wow, that’s beautiful,”

I’m glad she took a stand against Trump, the lone racist/sexist of the Republican party. Have to let them know that this will not be tolerated .

My anxiety is starting to really ramp up folks.

See that’s a little different from what I read on DJT’s website:

This is very informative. I would add:

I mean, what else can you say but the truth? Adults in college should be held to a higher standard than 12 -14 year olds. And some girls making a list of boys in their grade ranked by cuteness is a tad different from college athletes making a list of other college athletes ranked by hotness, complete with details like

To me, the main difference is that middle school girls may make these lists- but the objective of the list is not to get laid. Any such lists I knew of in middle school did not just factor in looks because most of them had the goal of getting into a relationship with the boys or getting them as a date to a dance.

OK, so for some male perspective: I played basketball & track in H.S., and BBall in college. I seem to recall the occasional “hey, did you catch so-and-so on the women’s team? She’s really hot. Damn right she is. Know if she’s available?”

I’m drinking old-fashioneds and smoking a big fat joint. I’m working from home on Wednesday, because I planned ahead for my hangover (caused by jubilation or despair... TBD).

Oooooh I am having a lil potluck get together tomorrow night, heavy on the lady friends, hostess provisions as follows.

The Christmas White Peppermint M&Ms are on sale at Target again. They are the best, and every month I’ve peeked in the candy aisle to see what the new seasonal flavored M&Ms were (Cherry? Boo-tterscotch? Gross, Mars Corporation, just make the peppermint flavored M&Ms available year round).

I made $20/hour for two kids literally almost 20 years ago, and I was just some idiot pre-teen/teen. $15 an hour for three kids in 2016 is criminally low, especially if the babysitter is an actual adult with responsibilities.

My boss is wearing a Ralph Lauren American flag sweatshirt to work today in honor of Donald Trump.

It’s my birthday tomorrow, so I’m drinking all the drinks and my husband is taking me to get oysters when he gets out of work.

it depends on the center- there’s a lot that goes in to maintaining a center itself- rent, bills, food, cleaning (sanitation is extremely key, we have three different levels of bleach/water combo for different situations), maintaining functioning and safe equipment for the kids, toys etc. for small independent centers

*Sigh* It’s just insane to me that we are unwilling (because we could figure out a way to do this if lawmakers made this a priority, but they won’t because they’re too busy cutting taxes for the rich and shit) to pay the people who care for and educate our kids a good wage. It’s insane. Of course, it’s all because

I’m honestly a little surprised the chem trail crowd hasn’t taken their theories to the next logical conclusion: the vapors that rise from hot water. I mean, think about what chemicals the government must be putting in our water supply for that to happen! (Hint: Follow the chem trails to big fluoride.)

This made me physically sick when I saw it yesterday on Twitter. A free press is essential to democracy — the Founding Fathers understood that (even the ones like Jefferson who got savaged by the newspapers at the time.) Why can’t people living in 2016 understand that too?
