I thought the X Concept was more/less greenlit? It doesn’t look too far from production. That said, as gorgeous as the concept is, I don’t think a relatively mainstream GT coupe is halo car worthy...
It’s great for road trips and beats having commercials blaring in your ears between songs.
If you get it right you don’t even need the oil changes at Jiffy Lube anymore. Your engine develops self-changing oil, i.e. it burns enough of it that you just put a quart in every two thousand miles or so and it’s fine.
I can never hate the beach boys as I’m from a SoCal beach town they frequented but, I only need to hear them once a year and I’m good after that.
Exactly... that’s the difference here. I bought my Porsche Boxster on Carvana and was very happy. I agree, I had registration issues, but they were relatively minor.
That definitely in the top few I’ve ever rented as well, except mine was a newer turbo 4. The best way to experience a scenic place is to be in a convertible. Visited Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Death Valley, Sequoia, Yosemite, San Fran, Big Sur, Laguna Seca, Los Angeles, and Phoenix.
I’m always amazed how quick car manufactures are to throw away a brand equity for basically no reason at all, and then to stubbornly hang on to brands that are slowly becoming toxic to them.
Liquor is still available. Everybody is getting Ardbeg for Christmas, even the kids.
Keep looking. My local dealer has like 10 in stock and they’re asking sticker for them, with more inbound.
The Elite don’t want you to know that the ducks at the park are free! And they’re all leftists too!
Thank you for sharing this interesting information. My dad and I used to work on Type 4s, specifically the wagons. I think he got bored with the automatic and moved a manual from a two door type 412 to his personal 412. The kids at school would make fun of that car but I loved listening to the shifting of the gears.…
I agree that DIY skills will take care of most of life’s problems, and we can apply that to really anything, cars, homes, boats, small-motor yard equipment.
If you don’t wear a seatbelt, it is not just you you affect. Seeing your mangled remains wrecks the mental health of witness, road crews, first responders, and a lot of other folks in and around the various industries who have to deal with car wrecks and keeping roads clear. It wrecks your family, not just mentally,…
Way too easy, and yet they all missed the mark on this. If you can’t afford to maintain a premium hot hatch, stick with Honda / Acura from the low-mid 2000s.
This EV won’t work for me because the commute to my job is 20 miles each way and once I get there they don’t give me enough money to buy this car.
Come visit my new establishment; “The Most Dangerous Game Campground and Adventure Area”
I’d heard they were at Yellowstone before he drove that van back. First thing that came to mind was the “Zone of Death” where there’s some weird loophole regarding prosecution of felonies.
Texas, where we’ll try our hardest to shoot you in the face while we try our hardest to keep you from getting a shot in the arm
1. For the Jalopnik Community that didn’t ask once about what his plans on for his current stable of cars and don’t realize that central Oregon is a dry area where the tin worm doesn’t live... I Pronounce shame. May us all get stuck with CVT SUVs for our next rental.
