And by pure luck the extra credits people release a video pretty much at the same time as this article. I think they nail the whole thing down pretty good.

Well you wouldnt actually make it run sepratly, when you watch a video comparison of 60 and 30 frames, the actual video always run in 60 frames, but the 30 frames version repeats the exact frame once. So the 30 frames become 60.

It’s entirly possible. Super Mario Maker is kinda like this. (With the modern graphics setting on.) Personally I think it looks bad, it make diffirent movements look like they are pasted in, or from an other reality. And camera movements on flat 2D surface in 60 frames is pretty much unnoticeable. Unless you make

I wonder if they actually know anything about animation when they want a 2D animated game in 60 frames per second. I saw that as an actual complain for the Stick of thruth when it came out. Which as an animtor is just insane.

True. I think that say more about SquareEnix than anything. They did the same with Hitman: Absolution. Both games was big productions with their own game engies developed, and the marketing was even more insane. And it was just clear that they were hoping the brands reached a scale of sales they never had before.

Its kinda what it is.

Mass Effect 3 sold really well though and got plenty of DLC.

Thats insane.

Actually Origins has had great sales so far. I’ve only bought 3-4 games there but I do check it out now and then to see what they offer. And they now and then give out old games for free.

Dude, you can get the Mass Effect trilogy for 10$ these days, with some of the DLC installed. It’s probably more expensive if you wait for a rerealese of entire collection at this point.

Origins x-mas sale you mean. :)

I used Derpys design, but without wings, and added Lyras colors.

With one bullet he destroyed two friendships.

Its a painful part in the game. But its also really good! (And not a big part of the game overall.) Without spoiling to much I feel that the dog acts like it should to its setting. And I can respect that.

I drew it in photoshop, and animated it in After Effects and with plugin called duik tools. (WHich is great if anyone wanna use After effects for 2D animations.) But if you wanna do similar animation to the show I recommend using Flash. I just don’t cause I am so used to my ways. :)

I’m not a big fan of the MLP, and doesn’t get it’s community. It’s just weird. But I am glad to see a fan project like this survive. And the design and animations looks nice.

During fights the cat lies down and simply doesn’t give a fuck.

Aaah, who am I kidding? This too is a pretty awesome dog moment in gaming.
