Geez I forgot how many nintendo DS models there were.

Yeah the controls could definitely have been made a bit tighter. That was my only complaint with the game.

.....if you don't like it, then don't buy it. And go read a book instead.

@xxXX_Insanities_Birth_XXxx: Which is fine and dandy because really it is more a matter of opinion of whether it was done well or not.

@xxXX_Insanities_Birth_XXxx: I think it is a false comparison because you are not really so much criticizing the use of cinematic elements as you are criticizing the stories and design of the game itself.

@TheRealDoshu: Oh well then that's understandable then.

@TheRealDoshu: ....have you played ANY of the uncharted games yet?

@Llewyn: Like I said, 9 times out of 10 I am asked snidely and so I habitually reply in kind. Which is why I apologized preliminarily.

@Llewyn: 1) The answer was totally accurate.

@Llewyn: By providing a service that people want, naturally.

@RilleL: In reference to EULA's....yes and no.

@CptMrSirN00bSan: If Square Enix destroys this franchise also I will be the saddest panda ever.

my poor poor wallet.

@merc-ai: Yeah they are atleast as broken on the pc.

@TheControlled: A Bethesda product is more or less guaranteed to have atleast a half-dozen game destroying bugs on release now.

So his entire thing about being mad at the supreme court because they allowed a collection of individuals to do something instead of only 1 person strikes me as arbitrary and silly. There is nothing about coordination amongst many actors which makes something inherently bad.

@fuchikoma: This whole episode shows why the entire concept is a load of hooey. Once you say that the "rights holder" has the right to "protect their IP" there is absolutely no non-arbitrary method to parse what should and should not be protected.

@General Hidalgo: A common refrain from people who do not actually understand what it is they are advocating or the arguments they are supposedly being so clever against.
