I give you that, the lack of accents and special characters make pronunciation in english a mess, but the fact that vikings simplified old english made it easier in comparison to most germanic or romance languages which have very, very weird structures and some grammar rules that'll make you weep.

IDK, all languages have tricky exceptions and weird conjugations a lot use auxiliary verbs as a norm and have strange variations, some do a better job phonetically speaking, while others shine with neat grammar.

OK, I get you, that's why I said it was "easy to learn not as easy to master". Maybe I didn't consider that eastern cultures handle both gender and time differently than western cultures, so you have a valid point there.

Fair enough, however I found sentence structures to be harder on romance languages, and its funny that comprehending those structures and finding their correct form was harder for me in languages like italian, which you can describe as very similar to my native tongue (spanish).

My thoughts exactly and while I think fear of change and confrontation is the primary source of human interaction (especially these days), I think that when you commit to somebody you HAVE to be brave for, with, and sometimes against him/her.

Slang and humor are maybe the hardest part (as in any language), but thanks to internet and mass media we get "educated" on those subjects.

Yup!, also english is one of the easiest languages to learn. Master it might not be as easy, but is far more simple than any romance or eastern language.

Well there were uniforms, rifles and death involved there too, so it's still a valid statement.

As a "hardcore gamer" I hated the transition from numpad to WASD!... it was awkward!

Then again, I'm reasonably sure most generations will say that the decade that held their coming-of-age years were a hell of a time, too.

Also: there's a very large difference between judging someone based on their intangible traits (race, sexual orientation, etc.) and judging someone based on their actions.

I..I can't, I know for a fact that I'll hate it, but I wanna hate it from day one, I cant just delay my hate 'till I get the torrent.

Yeah Iron Man 3 was bad, hell I liked the Ang Lee Hulk better than IM3.

They have shown the ability to take in quite abit of story as long as it is presented well both in superhero movies and fantasy like Lord of the Rings.

It can go either way. Spidey needed a reboot 'cause part 3 was... well you know. DC might not need a reboot since there is no precedent in recent history, so without a screw up, a casting problem or a poor box office response there is really not a strong reason to spend a lot of money on those origin stories, also:

What I hate the most is the ruining of my favorite turtle: Donatello.

IDK, while I agree that from a technical perspective the PC is a superior platform and its versatility justifies some of its complexities, I think the simplicity and accessibility of consoles make them a fun companion.

Hehehe, well played, but to be honest he was talking about Physx and Borderlands 2 has those particles flooding your screen all the time so its the most notable example (even tho the effect can be annoying sometimes). Batman Arkham games are on a far second position.

Well its almost a launch tittle, so give them some time, as the gen advances we'll get higher poly counts.

Even with mods (unless you abuse your computer horsepower), you can enjoy a very stable experience. The only time I had problems was with a conflicting script altering mod on an already heavily modded Skyrim... and it was all my fault 'cause I was too lazy to read the whole mod readme.
