Actually somebody should build a $250 PC and see if it can run the game and how would it look. I know you can build a monster machine with $450+ but a budget machine at the same price range as a console might give a sense of "fairness". The PC should be built with "new" retail components 'tho.

The "$1500" argument is as lame as the "superior graphics" argument. People should play a game on the platform of their choice.

Because I want to and I can do whatever I want with my money?.

You know, that made me think that the problem with this particular trailer might be that they try to make us relate to a situation that we are very familiar with yet we dont give enough crap about (I mean love/couples, not zombies XD). While the first trailer gave us the same "fake looking" characters it hit a cord

Its fake yes, but its waaay to fake, so its not actually "uncanny valley" material, just robotic. Pretty much what Bioware does in every Mass Effect.

But the whole concept of the uncanny valley is about aversion and disgust, its about how we reject the "fake individual" portrayed.

Dunno, maybe my uncanny valley is smaller than yours but I dont find this creepy, the models and animations are still too fake in my mind to fall into that category.

When something is "realistic" enough to be creepy, but not "realistic" enough to be real.

I put my 360 and PS3 side by side, and since they're 5 year old punks and hate each other, they tend to fight when I'm not watching. Not only they dust off themselves, sometimes I find new scratches on their bodies. Oh and the Wii, he's on a different shelf, being the smaller of them the other two bullied him a lot.

hehehe, That's why I did it!, DMC has pissed off fans in a way nobody would've ever imagine.

Agreed, and yes you dont jump that much in Falllout or Skyrim, but our head is used to predetermined button presses (wich is why I always changed that in Bethesadas games). IDK about Bioshock since I played that on PC... and in PC you jump with spacebar, any other scheme is heresy!.

Wait, I believe exposure isn't the problem, the problem is guidance. Children can be exposed to sexual content, but its their parents/family/teachers/etc. to guide him/her and teach him/her about that content.

I wonder if it has the same use in Japanese since the "u" at the end of a word is sometimes mute.

Its used in a variety of languages, for example:

We've seen so many button configuration changes over the las 25+ years that its a miracle we didn't end up with arthritis hehe. However it seems the industry is starting to standardise those configs, and we often find games that consider your brain is predisposed to certain control schemes, wich I find really good

"I used to be an Apple hater like you, then I took an iPhone to the....", I know I know.

There you go hehehe.

Agreed, also Teiyu Goto explained how each button had a specific meaning, making "X" the "no" button, so there is a particular reason behind each button on the PS controller (something I find quite cool actually).

Well it's a matter of getting used to it, I always need a little adjustment period when switching platforms, but eventually you get used to it.

What?. Its the transition between that sucks, the "X" button is in three different places depending on your console. I always have an "adjustment time when switching from 360/PC to PS3 and DS.
