Don’t worry about the money, you’re in ‘merca, just put it on one of several credit cards.

Oh sure. None of us have ever been on a back road with no houses and thick tree cover before. Come off it, man. If you use a light bar responsibly, fine, but don’t claim you got a special kind of dark in your part of the country. My HIDs light up any road just fine whether I’m driving past a farm or a mcdonalds. Your…
Multiple times per day, the Internet tells me “This will be the best thing you’ll see all day!”
I just re-watched the Wheeler Dealers where they freshened one up... Man, there was a lot of edge-y stuff in that design. Active Aero, 4WS, 320 HP via an AWD drivetrain. That car, with updated body panels, could play in the Big Leagues even today.
A dressed stock F20/F22 is over 300lbs, not 100. LS engines are incredibly small and light for their displacement and power. Yes it will add nose weight, but not nearly as much as you’re stating. Plus this is still behind the front axle so adding weight to both ends not just the nose.
Which is kind of weird because the 3000GT VR4 was ACTUALLY considered a breakthrough— there was real excitement over Mitsu bringing that (and the Stealth equivalent) over here.
The sad truth is that nobody really cared all that much about the Supra until the F&F series put it on the map.
How about an AWD, CVT-transmissioned commuter crossover called “Silvia”?
Please, for the love of christ, keep the spotlight off these cars.
Doesn’t matter. New one.. old one.. all overpriced and ugly.
How can we assume it is a peak of the new one when it essentially is just a cartoon version of the current model?
“I like people going through the extra effort to swap weird and unusual motors.”
This is the problem with these takes though. YOU aren’t paying for that swap. YOU aren’t living with that swap. YOU aren’t having to deal with the integration hassles of that swap. Everyone wants someone else to foot the bill to put an…
Nissan: New Z!
For fucks sake just build this!
Talk is cheap, especially from Nissan where they have been neglecting the enthusiast community for so long. They need to put up or shut up, with the Z, with a new (and IMO, less expensive) GTR, with some rebirth of the Id-X that they killed. I’m honestly bored to death of seeing promises from them and getting only…
So the current 370Z with a new bumper, rear, and infotainment system where the storage cubby is but definitely the same engine it currently has regardless of the rumors.
Sounds fresh as fuck.
And a CVT, because Nissan
You forget that it will be C8 vette money....
If this is true (IF), I would be very happy with a Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo.
