The issue I always have with people talking about voting third-party, is that the third party candidates aren’t about jack shit either. This isn’t a “Democrats and Republicans and the two party system” problem; it’s a “white people run the federal government” problem.

I think my resting face is somewhere closer to confused and sad. I get asked if I need help or if I’m sad way more often than necessary. I suppose it’s better than looking angry.

This is here in DC! I live next to three elementary schools so I saw the very young protectors. I was just delighted and sent my pictures to the school (two are uniformed and one is not). I believe at this age that the protest is scaled down to ideas like togetherness, safety, and creativity.

Meh, I have resting smiling face too. The corners of my mouth turn up naturally. Makes it hard to be taken seriously when I’m mad, to take a neutral passport photo, etc. Plus I get approached by a lot of creeps who think I’m smiling at them. On the upside, babies like me.

Is there something called Resting Smiley Face? (Can I trademark RSF?) In almost every picture I see of Meghan, she’s always smiling, or half-smiling, or pursing her mouth in a weird smug smirk. Even when there’s no reason to believe that a camera is on her (although I suppose she realizes that the camera is always on…
