Over the top, yes. But that's part of the reason why I wanted to see it, personally. I don't know any startup CEOs myself, but I know a shitload of DIYers with very similar bags. I try to mix it up week to week
This has to stop PLEASE filter out these garbage bags. This guy put his BMW keys in the picture and his rolex these are NOT things that we care about in a every day bag. We should be able to come here to see things we might find useful and say hey I didn't think of that. If I had a rolex I would keep it in my bag all…
Mine is similar, it looks like:

That's a good motto to go by. I generally do the same, at work and elsewhere.
As someone who is completely deaf in my left ear, I do this all the time ;)
That's an OK solution for a temporary repair or relatively low-powered gear, but the solder method will hold up better in the long run and maintain a similar amount of contact area for electrical current, which can make a difference for gear that draws a lot of power (e.g. heaters, hammer drills).
In a general sense you're right, but in this context we're talking to (and about) people who spend so much time striving for their ideal or "perfect" self that they forget to accept themselves along the way. I'm sure 99% of us (at least in the U.S.) know at least one person who is constantly striving toward an end…
I hate this because it's such a dumb problem...but it's one of those things we all know happens EVERY DAMN TIME we get a group together. Heck, it even happens when there's just two of us.
The point is, I shouldn't have to. My employer has no need to know anything about my personal life, unless it impacts my work performance. If they're invasive enough to believe they're entitled to that information, then I can only imagine what their internal policies must be like once you actually get hired.
Well, this is akward. Not much being posted publically at: https://www.facebook.com/davidnield
I prefer to keep my professional and private lives entirely separate. I have no problem explaining that to an employer that inquires as to the blank status of my Facebook page. If preferring to keep work and play separate is a dealbreaker, that's not the kind of employer I want to work for.
I'm a happy Simple user and have done this Square Cash trick before, but heads up to your readers; Square warned me that sending money to yourself is against their terms & conditions. I did it three times (unknowingly breaking T&C) before their anti-fraud team told me it was a no-no and threatened to shut my Square…
Seriously.
But there must be a reason for those crayons/pens, and I'd love to know what they are
DIY projects are time-consuming and more often than not, it's easier to just go out and buy whatever you need…
