You are literally the only one here who doesn’t know.
I feel a little bad for the seller, but nobody forced him to throw that much money into a $1,500 van.
Transmission rebuilt by Jackson Simler? Hot dog!
Um, the rocker cover on the stand is black, the one in the van is white.
$2,469 would have been the right price. ND.
Jalopnik Math 101:
They were basically banned from anything GM for a couple years after the Corvette C7 leak.
I am glad to know what these look like so I can be on high alert if I see one in traffic. The idiots that buy these things can’t even keep a Charger or Challenger on the road, so you know they won’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of keeping a higher profile 710 hp SUV on the road. God save us all.
Believe it or not, all I did was do a major tune-up. New shocks, exhaust headers, plugs, wires, shocks, ball joints and belts. Otherwise I did have it re-painted. I’m sort of OCD about it and have always kept the engine and the underside of the truck clean so it has always looked like this. It has around 300,000 miles…
pinkeye, more like.
What’s the old saying, loose lips sink... marketing campaigns?
“You’re an idiot if you leak photos. BTW, send us your leaks!”
Oh geez, this argument again. Blame Chevy for their MSRP BS all day long, but if you’re walking in to a dealership and paying MSRP for one of these things, or ANY Chevy, you’re doing it all wrong and should have your wallet confiscated.
I sold my first Prius, an ‘06 at 300k miles in 2020 having replaced the HV battery at about 160k miles. I only sold it as the water pump failed at the same time the oil level dropped, which overheated and the head started to leak. The windshield was cracked, the clearcoat was breaking apart, and it was quickly sold…
IIRC that is about the average price for a new car
Is it really too much to ask carmakers that they bring good looking, affordable EVs to the States?
Wouldn’t it make sense though that a smaller EV would sell better under a luxury brand who’s buyers are more likely to be able to afford an extra car? Plus the new GLA is actually a really nice size, not big by any means but it has room where it matters.
