It’s not about power. It’s all about packaging. Packaging a 6 cylinder engine is more difficult than a 4 cylinder one. 

1st gear:

Charging that much money for a 10 year old car is ludicrous 

Probably some sort of E-class coupe prototype, possibly an AMG. If you ignore the weird rear door and stretch the front door a bit, it makes sense as a coupe. Also looks like a cage in the rear, so I’m assuming it’s a testbed for a 2 door car
