KIA already has a body on frame architecture that they use in the Mohave. I have a feeling that it’s going to be a Mohave based truck with updated Kia styling
Yep. 6000 a year won’t recoup dev costs for homologating a RHD drive version of a vehicle. Granted, more people might buy them if they were rhd, but I doubt it’d be enough to justify. Maybe they’re thinking of offering it in different markets? Japan? UK?
Only thing with iDrive 8 is, they might start the whole subscription based options thing like they’re doing in numerous countries. The subscription system is a part of iDrive 8 I believe.
Actually, that car wouldn’t ruin you financially! My family has had one since new and it’s been surprisingly reliable
To be fair, I’ve been having similar experiences at my local BMW dealer with my car recently

There is a huge advantage and it’s packaging. It’s a massive huge pain in the ass to package speakers in cars and this would make it way easier. And this isn’t even new as car companies have been using exciters in cars for years already. Tymphany has been making exciters for the auto industry for years now

Looks like a 208, not a 508
Honestly, the thing that would keep me away is not the lack of a manual option, but the lack of cupholders
According to the Hyundai website, the car has 7 air bags:
I travelled around Japan in my friend’s Mercedes Vaneo, which was a MPV version of the A-class. Pretty neat thing but it felt so foreign to me.
Samsung already tried the car thing by rebadging and upscaling Maximas. Was pretty good, but it got nerfed by the IMF crisis in Korea and the business unit was sold to Renault. That’s why Renaults were/are sold as Renault Samsung in Korea
Looks like a generic car from GTA
1st gear - The GV60 won’t be the first EV for Genesis. There is a G80 electric currently on the market, maybe not in the U.S. however
I believe Lamborghini already gets away with this as they are part of the Volkswagen Group
