His testicals make it science. Keep up!

Real men like free form jazz.

Well, ok. But only if I'm trying to be nice.

I'm just going to reply to bump this up to the top of the conversation. Not because I've had people write me scathing emails or comments about how I'm violating their first amendment rights by moderating comments here. Or anything.

Extreme Makeover didn't have the competitive angle and often offered corrective surgery for actual issues, like teeth, etc, and not just 'not pretty enough'. I'm not saying it was any better, just different.

No way! I remember seeing a woman who had a lovely rack and thinking to myself 'well, at least they won't have to give her implants' and then they gave her implants.

If your comment was in response to another comment that was removed, it would disappear as well.

The nicest thing a stranger ever did for me was offer to watch my sleeping toddler so I could go pee in peace.

Obviously I don't know the answer about this story, but there is an email address for people to submit to if they want to see something they've written show up on Jez.

There's at least two things going on there — 1) these kinds of comments have always been here, but if you weren't a mod or a starred commenter you probably didn't see them and 2) because we don't ban, I think people feel more emboldened to just kneejerk their response.

Where did the article say something awful about thin/underweight people or imply that it was ok to mock them?

Thanks!
