Didn't she sing Break a Window because Kurt rebuffed her flirting by saying he had a crush on Rachel. She didn't find out about him being gay until later, if I recall. But otherwise, I agree. They show has treated Mercedes horribly and Tina even worse — they were original cast members, dammit! Why can't they get

He got it right in the first season of Popular. The second season was a hot mess in much the same way that Glee is a hot stinking mess.

I don't think that is entirely true. There are states where birth mothers have a set amount of time in which they can seek to reclaim their parental rights. I don't know if this occurs before the adoption is finalized or not.

Well, Schuester said she was a lazy diva and the show has proven at great lengths what a poor judge of character he is, so I immediately knew to discount whatever he said and believe Mercedes side of the story. He just the worst.

I don't think that most people are aware that it is also a play.

All I know about fake baby bumps I learned by watching 10 Things I Hate About You, and that fake pregnancy suit did not look like something that would 'deflate'. I can't imagine that people who want to fake a pregnancy are seriously just sticking balloons under their expensive dresses.

And I don't read books cause if they're any good, they're gonna make them into a miniseries.

"Well, you know what they say: if you don't have anything nice to say about anybody, come sit by me!"

Oh, thanks for the recommendation. I've been having weird bouts of weepiness too that I assumed were connected to my BC, but I assumed I was just going to have to live with it. I'll try your B6 suggestion!

Maybe the first time. But the second? The third? The fourth? How many times can she accidentally incorporate someone else's choreography without people starting to suspect she just doesn't care about another artist's work and/or that she does it on purpose?

I guess that's where we'll have to differ. I don't think that anyone gets to that kind of career level without being deeply involved in every aspect of their career (see: Madonna). Given all the problems she's had with this before, it seems to me if she cared about it, she'd be diligent in either giving credit to the

Thank you, but I posted several links about it down thread myself.

This particular choreographer is not American either, which makes it a neither here nor there case. I believe that the burden is substantial imitation — so, not the entire ballet but a significant portion thereof. But they're not copying just, say, 10 seconds of moves in B's video — she's copied the set, the

He paid with a credit card — most people just leave the tip on the card and not in the jar if they're not paying cash. And then he stole the money out of her tip jar.

You're wrong. Choreography is protected under copyright laws.

I don't know the honest answer to that question. In this case, I think they have a pretty strong argument when you weigh in the costuming and set — I don't think you can look at those two videos and make a real argument that it was accidental. (Now, an homage might be something else.)

You can't copyright a move, but you can copyright choreography.

It's not like this is the fist accusation. With a major recording artist like Beyonce, I have a hard time believing that every aspect of this video did not get approved by her and her people. If she was really concerned about the accusations that have been leveled against her, wouldn't she be vetting these things?

In my shelter, we call them the BBD problem (big black dog). I've exclusively adopted BBDs because of that. We have three of them at the moment and sometimes I just can't help but think of all the people who are missing out on great pets because they won't look at big black dogs.
