I don't know the honest answer to that question. In this case, I think they have a pretty strong argument when you weigh in the costuming and set — I don't think you can look at those two videos and make a real argument that it was accidental. (Now, an homage might be something else.)

It's not like this is the fist accusation. With a major recording artist like Beyonce, I have a hard time believing that every aspect of this video did not get approved by her and her people.
