You end up waiting in line anyways. The appointment time is to get a "preferred" status ticket which means that group of letters gets called first. The appointment time is nothing more then getting that number. Everybody is complaining past that desk. Most people do their thing at AAA.

As long as you aren't prone to motion sickness, Fotonica is a delightful little game, ready to deliver small doses of excitement at a moment's notice. I'd rather play this than strap elaborate equipment to my head any day.
