Unlike a corporation, I don’t have the luxury of bargaining, wheedling, or otherwise whittling down whatever initially imposed fine I’m penalized with.

The point is that they will bargain down whatever fine is imposed. It happened the last time there was a diesel emissions violation, and it’ll happen this time too.

My parents are pretty reluctant to use Square Cash, but they might be more willing to give Google a shot.

Irrelevant to the point being made, but thanks for the reply anyway.

The malware writers were later quoted as saying,

First time that we know of.

Uhhuh. Can you please tell me which car you’re buying that has a stereo that will function at -40° and 185°F ambient temperature?
