Yes, dress codes are manipulated to discriminate against people and in this case it is atrocious.   That said, perhaps school uniforms might be a better idea. I think the right of a family to choose who their children interact with obviously takes priority over a gay persons right to coach children’s sports. Coaching childrens sports is not a human right.
