If you are just leasing, the other options have some traction.  If you are buying and planning on keeping it beyond the warranty period then you are out of your mind to buy the G wagon or Land Rover anything.

Used car prices are going to be crappy for quite a while because the number of new cars built after the start of the pandemic was significantly reduced.   So there is a shortage of future used cars.

Twitter now has around $1B in yearly interest payments due to the buyout. Before, Twitter just about broke even. With a recession coming on advertisers tend to reduce spending. So Twitter has to cut costs and find new revenue streams. Streams that will probably annoy their users.

I’ve long considered the 1973-1977 GM intermediates the worst of the lot.  Ugly, bloated, and crippled by smog regulation choked engines.  The next generation was a vast improvement.

The NC Miata is fine. Despite the claims of NA/NB owners the NC is just slightly heavier than the NB - the 2005 NB was 2,447 lbs, and the 2006 NC was 2,474 lbs, and with more power, better brakes, more rigid, safer, etc.

Of course it matters, if the new platform is the same as the one on which those crash tests were performed.

Only with American manufacturers.
