When I was 18, I had a job at a boy scout camp. My job required me to drive the camp pickup truck - an old (early 60's) pickup truck with 3 on the tree. I had a slight inking on how to do it because they mentioned manual transmissions in drivers ed the previous summer.

Wonder if Whitehead ends up doing ads for Lifelock.

If I spent that kind of money I would want it to feel more special than just like an Accord when I would DD it. Heck, just buy a friggin Accord, spend $100K on some used wild exotic, and then you have the best of both worlds and have saved $65K.

But Bruce doesn’t really have a southern accent. He grew up in LA, Chicago, and the DC suburbs.

Not the Jets. Have Cousins go to the Giants. Eli Manning is slipping.

My guess is that MB went to VW and asked if they wanted to pay for the product placement of a beetle in the movie. Maybe Bay was asking too much, and VW then said no.

Is that a POLESTAR? :).

I figure that it will take a few years to know the quality and reliability. At that point, it will be time for a midlife refresh of the car. Then I’d decide.

I have an autopilot on my boat. All it does is steer straight.

Nissan/Infinity - while they may have been “saved”, they are living on a reliability and performance reputation that is no longer true. Eventually it will catch up to them. And regaining a positive reputation is alot harder than losing it.

The problem with raising gas taxes is that most states and the federal government don’t spend all of the money that they get from the current gas taxes - some of it gets put into the general funds. So there is a good chance that the added taxes will be diverted, too.

Oh. My. God. When a boat supply place is cheaper, then things are really out of whack.
