Errm...how can you know you enjoyed it more than if you played it when it first came out?

Why do people not understand that this was exactly the intent? It was meant to encapsulate all of the elements of old school platformers, warts and all. People knew this going in but are somehow suprised now that its out. Unashamedly retro in every aspect apart from graphics, Unashamedly nostalgia soaked.

I thought the whole point of the game was to ‘RARE-VIVE’ the ideals of the platformers of yester-year? As in, really hard platforming with a shitload of collectibles. Seems they done exactly what they set out to do, so saying they made bad decisions is a bit a bit harsh. And wrong.
