Hahaha, Her mother is a former model who is dating Al Pacino. Her appearance is a lot more conincidental than her station in life, which is not that of a small town diner waitress with barely enough money for rent whose only ambition was to go on vacation, not get out of town for job opportunities.

Not sure I can say Source Code is great. Its serviceable enough to not be considered a sophmore slump.

As a big fan of Moon, Mute was probably the most disappointing movie of the year.

I assume you mean free with subscription style streaming. In that case, Shudder has exclusivity to it

I could be in to something like that. the game tries because everyonce in awhile Peter will say, “Ok, let’s patrol the city” which just means find one crime or side mission to do and then we’ll get a phone call that cues the story mode again.

I mean, sure, but that wasn’t my point. People do bad things sometimes, and it sucks. But I’m not going to make excuses to continue supporting a career that enabled the behavior.

You keep trying to compare the crimes. The crimes are not the issue. Mark Wahlberg was a shitty kid from a shitty neighborhood who did a shitty thing. No one argues that. But he is a convicted felon. Louie on the other hand had his behavior shielded for years by his career and he used it as inspiration for his career.

I believe most of it died down when it was clarified it was not actually about Sharon Tate or Charles Manson. It sounds like it’ll be more like Fincher’s Zodiac, where the Manson Family murderers are a backdrop for random LA residents.

You mean the very public stuff he did 30 years ago, before he was famous, that was never enabled by his fame or money, that he was arrested, tried, convicted, and jailed for, and is still currently a felon for having done?

There is some cool kitschy appeal to the pop star portrait cards to just have them lying around, but it’s a weird image to imagine myself or anyone really flipping through them multiple times.

That’s what I’m saying.

That doesn’t help

Can’t he? Like is it possible? Sure. That’s not how it seems in the movie.

I mean, they did. It wasn’t good, but they did it.

In Hugh Jackman’s defense, even the comics make more wolf/canine parallels to Wolverine rather than weasel but badass.

At the time, I thought it was decent streamlining to make it Dr. Manhattan. Less so now.

Scott Pilgrim vs the World is the worst movie that I keep watching. I keep thinking maybe I’ll like it this time. I love the cast, the director, and the style choice to be a giant live action video game cutscene. But the movie just never works. Pilgrim always comes off as too much as a dedicated asshole instead of an

I remember enjoying Defendor, the way genre tropes happened by accident. And I was pretty charmed by a scene where Woody Harrelson takes a vow of silence after the bad guys threaten him “If you even speak a word” but don’t specify“of this.”

His Fast and Furious How Did This Get Made Episodes are great

I used to mail beer to people as part of beer shares. People would send me stuff that you can only get in that area of the country, and I’d ship them stuff you can only get near me. Always just told UPS it was glassware.
