For my rice, I replace water with water plus about a tablespoon of miso paste.  I wisk the paste into the water and that gives the rice a nice boost to flavor.  Though I will probably try MSG in it now.

Yep.  All of that.  They got beat last night.  It sucks but what are you going to do.  And that Super Bowl last year definitely takes a lot of the sting away.

The Saints defense is, lets just say not very good, and their offence barely did enough to beat Malcolm Jenkins and 3 dudes who were working the check out line in October so yeah.  Believe what you need to but after they beat the Rams they get demolished in the Super Bowl is my prediction.
