I do. I’m no hipster either. 43, married, 3 kids. I just prefer homemade pasta sauce/gravy to jarred and it really only takes about 30 minutes to make. During those 30 minutes you can throw together a salad and boil the water for said pasta. It’s a quick work day meal.
