Why is that the plot? What does having a bunch of soldiers teleported to another world add to the story? It’s adding an unneeded level of complexity as now we have to deal with them being confused, learning about the new world, trying to solve the mystery of where they are and how to get home, while no doubt fighting

I mean... is there really a great drama about a violent racist realizing the error of his ways?

I’d like to hear if it is or if it isn’t tough from Jennifer Garner, not from her boyfriend.

The VFX were fine in that they were largely exactly what they were supposed to be. It’s not like the VFX team sat down and unilaterally decided what the film was going to look like. They were given concept art, told what they were supposed to do and then they busted their asses to do it. That it looked like shit isn’t

I genuinely hate when writers try to make up their own profanity. It either sounds like ridiculous nonsense or like a G-rated version of current profanity.

I felt a little bad that nobody got sent home because I was sure it was going to be the pair that made the candy themed section. They guy seemed really difficult to work with and I was glad his partner wouldn’t have to put up with him for another challenge. Maybe they’ll get it together but the preview from next

I don’t mind Judd as much. He’s an idiot but at least he’s surrounded by people who know he’s an idiot and at least try to shut him up. Karen is just a shit disturber, forcefully putting herself into a position of authority where she has none and just making a bad situation worse. If she fell on her face or everyone

I like the show so far but find Karen so thoroughly unlikable that I can’t help but wish they’d shoot her out an airlock. She’d probably be good as an occasional nuisance, popping up every few episodes but otherwise a background presence, but if these first two episodes are an indication she’s going to be a major

Wasn’t it a subplot in The Brady Bunch Movie? Greg and Marcia kept ending up in sexually tense situations. I assume there must have been something coming across in the show since the movies pulled a lot from there.

I was actually wondering if it was sort of an attempt to replicate the success of the Deadpool test footage leak. People seem to be responding incredibly well to the cameo and that could lead to significant enthusiasm for the movie. It could be what finally gets the Flash movie up and running.

That’s not something new to the current group. DW has always played fast and loose with continuity and canon in favor of just trying to tell a story. It’s kind of baked into the show’s premise that things like “continuity” and “canon” can and will be changed. Some do a better job at it than others but it’s not

At some point in the pilot he’ll be referred to as The Rock and somebody will counter that he looks more like “The Pebble.” Cue voiceover: “Before I was The Rock I was just skinny little Dwayne Johnson...”

It came out December 21st, 2018 on Netflix with some limited release showings on the 14th. So technically 2018 but close enough to the end that you could consider it 2019.

I’m not really sure how the Dex and Liz thing was a mystery at all. I’ve never had lesbian sex, what with being a guy and all, but I assume there would be evidence of the encounter. I know it’s TV and they aren’t going to get into specifics but the involved parties should at least be able to tell if certain parts of

The main question is not, how many Jesuses are too many?

My guess is the prime mover is Dr Manhattan but it’s a sort of self fulfilling prophecy. He doesn’t view time in a linear fashion but I’m not sure if he knows exactly how things will happen or just knows bits and pieces. So he gets glimpses of his future, where he’s living as Cal, married to Angela, living in Tulsa,

But how many Razzies will it be eligible for?

That scene where he screams makes a bit more sense now. I always thought his hands looked kind of weird in it but in the new version he’s holding a ring and something else. Now when I look at the old version I can see where those objects were going to be but hadn’t been added...

I look forward to the inevitable version where Han doesn’t fire at all and Greedo’s shot just ricochets around the cantina until it kills him.

I thought Cap’s ending was kind of bad and maybe a little creepy in its implications. Peggy went on to have a pretty full life, she met someone, had a family, founded SHIELD, etc... Steve basically nuked all of that for a crush even though after 10 years he really should have moved on. It’s not like some big love
