But that's not true. It's not height, or lung capacity. It's chromosomes. She has XY chromosomes. She has five times the testosterone of the AVERAGE female Olympian. 

But we do know she's intersex because the new ruling only applies to individuals with XY chromosomes. If she did not have XY chromosomes the ruling wouldn't impact her.
