I don’t think my B5.5 Passat FWD handles bad by any means, and that’s even with the stock comically small 195/65/15s.

I used to work for UPS years ago and was around taxiing planes A LOT. It wouldn’t take anything more than a plane taxiing into a spot on the other side of the ramp to sweep across your face for your eyes to burn like someone poured gasoline on them and lit it on fire for the rest of the day ...

I’m a quality engineer at a Tier 1 mirror supplier, and I can tell you that the amount of money that’s invested by some of the OEMs to drive down the wind noise from the mirror by half a decibel is simply unbelievable. But I guess that’s what it costs so you can drive down the road in your new car and not actually

I think the BMW does well there ...

Looks well-ventilated.

We could I suppose. At that point your tire would be something like 455/0/17.

One could argue that if you air it down for any kind of sand driving (Raptor’s natural territory), you’re probably looking at 14".

Had 3 and have no desire to own another. Not because they weren’t fun cars ... they were! It’s just that at this point in my life I don’t feel like bringing another car back from the dead (and let’s admit it, most of them need serious work at this point because they had fallen into hands of kids who think they can own

This + the fact that headrests, front and rear are now mandatory ... having a mirror so low would mean that you can really only see the stitching on your seats and headrests ...

We lived in Europe at the time and had 1 car ... an Audi 80 GTE (B2) ... it looked great at the time (and I’m sure drove pretty well with it’s 113hp and <1000kg). Dad still has very fond memories of it.

Am I missing it in one of the pics?

My favorite is when I see ads for NA or NB Miatas where people have installed an aftermarket short-throw shifter ... how much shorter do you really want? The throw is very short as it is, and the thing just barely sits up above the console ...

Oh I’m sure it will be milked for ever, I will give you that.
