Too bad the dongle only supports 1 controller. Before anyone asks, it was confirmed by a Sony rep in comment section of the blog. Additional controllers need to be used wired. I also doubt itll be xinput as many are hoping.

The biggest problem with using any NON-MS controller is compatibility. Some games will just refuse to let you use the controller properly (if not recognize as a native MS controller) and will require a paid 3rdparty driver

People need to be careful when buying the cheap Bluetooth dongles, because they won’t all support the controllers. For DualShock 3s, you’ll need a dongle that supports BT 2.1+EDR at the very minimum.

Why would I pay $25 bucks when a simple free driver download and you just plug it in.

Personally I don’t find it annoying in the slightest. I find it outstanding that people get confused over button prompts.

$25 is abit pricey considering you can use DS4 Tool with any blutooth receiver and you can control your desktop with it.

Honestly doesn’t bother me, and I’ve been using the PS3 and then PS4 controller once my wired 360 controller died. We should all know the prompt locations by now. The hardest for e is the Nintendo face button prompts, which are opposite of Microsofts.
