Skill dots? First I’ve heard of that one.

No one will every pass their purity tests....

striking writers have accused Barack Obama of crossing the picket line.

Your story reminded me of something. I used to live in Cleveland, and I saw a group of 3-4 people hanging out near a bank I was at, which was near an onramp-offramp from West 117th St and Rt 90. They weren’t bothering anyone, so I didn’t think anything of it. There were always 3 or 4 people with signs asking for

He’s a Kennedy, I understand why he doesn’t like shots.

I agree - this is making the assumption that whites and blacks play loud music the same amount. That is NOT a valid assumption. I live in Florida. And I am black. And I am going to say that easily 80% of the time, if a car rolls up next to me with the music booming at 5000dB, it’s a young black guy playing some awful

As someone who lived in Florida- I can tell you why this law is; because 300 decibel Stereos are beyond obnoxious. At the beach or sitting in your house.

Of course, the claim of unequal enforcement solely due to racism sets up the obvious counterpoint question: Do Black drivers disproportionately play loud music more often than white drivers?

A union suggesting “tipping” in lieu of a living wage doesn’t understand the assignment. At all.

I am not tipping an Apple “Genius” for looking at my cracked phone screen and saying, “Yep, that’s cracked.”

Fuck that. Say no to the encroachment of tipping into other areas of retail - bad enough that it’s expanded beyond restaurants.

Electric Vehicles must pay their fair share of infrastructure costs.

That is a lot of hoops to jump through just to get .5% less than VUSXX or .8% less than some t-bills.

Still, considering Goldman Sachs’ own high yield savings account through its consumer banking division, Marcus, offers just 3.9% annual yield, Apple has positioned itself well above most other similar accounts.

Exactly. Twitter’s board didn’t care about who was the best steward for the company. They cared that someone was offering way too much $ for it and they’d have been fools not to take it.

Nor do I think the board should have forced the sale”

It shouldn’t be news to anyone that people with poor credit scores have statistically higher loss ratios. Same goes for people living in certain zip codes.

This is a hit piece. Don’t you get it?

So you think there is a conflict of interest on a property Gorsuch no longer has any claims to and sold undervalued due to market conditions?...

I clicked on the ‘transphobic tweets’ link and I am finding a dearth of transphobia.
