Crypto is risky as hell. It’s not an investment, it’s gambling.

I’m confused as to why it’s “disappointing” that David did the ad. He was paid to make a commercial. Crypto is risky as hell. It’s not an investment, it’s gambling. Sometimes people win, lots of people lose. No one knew FTX was a scam until it all fell apart. Unless there’s more to this story than you are reporting…
Correct me if I am wrong, but if they were simply paid celebrity endorsers, one step above an actor in an advertisement, they assume no liabilities. Only if they were investors could they be held liable. Did I miss something?
Eli Lilly didn’t exactly lose any money when it’s stock price went down. What they lost was their market capitalization, which is the stock price multiplied by the number of shares. Market cap is important but it’s not really the same thing as money unless you happen to be buying or selling shares at the moment. I…
You're thinking of another show. This show ran for one season and never came back.
It’s so sad that this show only got to run for 2 seasons.
Every one who reads this should love this car. Cheap speed and performance. NP
Patient and family history may help in getting insurance to actually cover it before age 50, as well.
I am also curious how you will get to any of the hotels inside the track? Will they open the streets between sessions? And during sessions, no casino hopping unless it can be done from within?
Yeah, i can’t imagine shutting down that whole area. I’ve only been to Vegas once, and only a few hours on the strip, and it seems like a nightmare, either financially or logistically. 🤷♂️
I’m curious how the logistics will work for everyone who wants/needs to be inside the track whether if they are a guest at a hotel or not. Will they simply be stuck inside the track once the race starts? Will people allowed to be on the many pedestrian bridge walkways that go over the strip?
I’m still trying to figure out how they’re going to pull that off. Anyone who’s ever been to Vegas knows most people get around by walking down the Strip. Is the whole Strip along the circuit going to be off limits? How are people going to get around?
He just needs to ignore the haters who will lash out at anything that has even a slight “edge” (hate to use that word for a mediocre show like this). I’m all for making stories that aren’t milquetoast happy shit, but he had to know this show would be controversial. Bottom line is the show was the most popular show on…
If it offends a certain subset of the population, it must not be spoken of, I guess.
Not to mention it’s literally a true story. When do we just start deciding to change history to appease people?
Agreed. Except I would’ve been job seeking the moment this deal was announced. Best of luck to those people.
I can’t say I won’t miss twitter, but watching this noxious buffoon set $44b on fire as he speedruns burning the site to the ground does have some entertainment value.
This is one of the worst written articles I’ve ever seen here.
Chief Executive Parag Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal and Vijaya Gadde, Twitter’s head of legal policy, received a “golden parachute” clause in Twitter’s (TWTR) merger with Musk’s X Holdings. Musk reportedly fired all three Thursday evening upon officially taking control of the social network in a $44…
