I combined both your lever suggestions and have an Inzer Forever belt with a PAL and it works great. Part of me wants to get a Pioneer cut single prong belt though because you wouldn’t have the issue where the belt doubles up and can pinch with a lever. The lever flick is pretty great though.

Add in federal tax and you’re looking at $191.5 for 500 gallons of gas

So you’d rather be poor than not?

Who said anything about it being fair? You think insurance companies care about fair?

I don’t know why they would be tipped. The world would be much simpler if we just entered into agreements to pay a specific amount for a specific good/service and then people were paid appropriately.

I feel like it’s just too easy if you allow playing words with no letters that you already have. You can pretty dramatically reduce the probability of losing with playing three words that use 15 of the most common letters.

Two in one night? Easy there Richie Rich

lol I’m not reading that drivel

when you get older, injuries get worse and recovery is harder. moderate exercise is best for most adults. i am reminded of scott minerd, famous hedge fund manager and bodybuilder who died recently during a regular workout at age 63. i’m not quite there yet, but 63 is too young to die these days, and the man was

That’s fine for you, don’t concern troll for other people who might want to achieve something physically though.

There is no evidence to suggest “hard” exercise is risky for your health. If you gradually expose yourself to more stimulus your body will adapt well and the risk of injury is much lower. It’s always there, even with moderate exercise, but it’s when you go from running a mile a week to trying to run 10 miles a week

I do them. I do them weighted. I push the weight. But god, I hate them so much. I don’t understand how I can get so gassed on those vs similar reps of regular squats with much heavier weight.

I’m not sure I can pretend I like Bulgarian split squats

Do you have anything to say about the actual content of the article or just complain about the author?

There can be other reasons, for example, in a low rate environment I put a lot of money in safe stocks with high dividend yields (think utilities). That same money is in an investment like treasuries or a money market account now since I get a higher return that way.

If you have to ask the question is unequivocally index funds

Mmmmm Bailey’s, creamy and beige

Well of course working the same muscle will affect your recovery, that’s okay though, your overall program is what matters. There are people who have successfully executed squat/deadlift every day routines for LONG periods of time with great success.

It really doesn’t matter, working out with sore muscles or DOMS isn’t good nor bad

lmao so now we are cancelling all games with goblins in them?
