Register their email address too. I had someone take my kids name on gmail and it was super creepy. The chances of someone else having that name is essentially zero so it wasn’t because of that.

LOL I don’t follow Layne but I know he brings out a lot of haters. I pretty much only use Instagram and rarely ever go into the comments unless it’s something like Massenomics where everyone just jokes around and has a good time. If you don’t follow them, they are great. It’s a lot of inside jokes so it takes a bit to

Step One: Have a social media account that doesn’t follow anything or anyone political and enjoy social media that way.

Do whatever you would do if this was just another average day because we more than likely won’t know anything worth knowing by the end of the night. Watch some TV (not news), go for a walk, cook some dinner, and realize that being glued to the news/your phone won’t change anything and it’s going to be a long bumpy

For strength training, find them on openpowerlifting.org or find some of the people they have coached and see the actual results. Just because someone is an accomplished powerlifter doesn’t mean they’ll be a good coach though, nor does a good coach have to be a good powerlifter. Do they put out good coaching content

Do they have stacked delts and traps? Probably on gear.

Yikes, that’s a rough one. I would see if you could push her to do it now because with interest rates what they are there won’t be a better time. She could probably even save money so I’d approach it from that angle. I was lucky and didn’t have any issues (we were amicable as well).

Had to bring a transcript to an interview long after undergrad. Would not recommend this advice at all. Leave it off completely unless asked and then be honest. You should also question a company that cares about your GPA at that point.

  • Divorce, after which an ex-spouse continues to live in the home

So not very well?

How would you compare losing interest versus things normalizing after the honeymoon period is up? There’s always going to be somewhat of a decline in things after the newness wears off but that doesn’t mean it’s necessarily a bad thing right? I mean, I haven’t exactly ever had a relationship that didn’t end or one I’d

There’s still time. I only have an instagram account and I left the one with my name on it still up but I never even check it (no notifications or anything) and built a “burner” just for me. I loathe what social media has done to us but my experience with instagram this way has been a strong positive in my life.

TCM is such a classic, and terrifying one at that. I watched it when a friend came over for a sleepover when I was in middle school and when it finished I turned around and my dad was just standing there (he wanted to see what we thought of it) and it scared the absolute hell out of me.

I don’t even let people I know follow me on social media. I have found it is much more peaceful that way to just follow people and companies you share a common interest with. I basically never see any political posts or any of the toxicity that typical social media is known for. So no, when my daughter becomes of age

The Descent was one of the scariest movies I have seen and it was totally unexpected. I tend to find movies that aren’t technically horror movies to be the scariest though, ones where the main character is losing their mind. The most recent example of this I have seen was Joker. His descent into madness was terrifying

Those are lots of big words to say basically what the article says

I eat mostly wild game and so I get the best of both worlds, lots of red meat while keeping my saturated fat intake at acceptable levels.

Here’s a great article on red meat by doctors who actually know what they are talking about. It’s a bit of a read but it’s worthwhile IMO and not full of unscientific garbage like you typically see when it comes to nutrition and fad diets.

There might not be a best diet but there are lots of bad diets and the carnivore has to be one of the worst. Are you eating enough protein, vegetables, fiber, and keeping your saturated fat intake in check while keeping calories in check as well? Congrats, you have a good diet.

If I make it to retirement then I don’t need life insurance because I will have a pretty nice nest egg built up. I’ll keep my work life insurance and then just not have any when I retire.
